Summary: Use Doomlearning responsibly. AI-generated content is educational and may be wrong. Premium subscriptions renew unless cancelled through your app store.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing or using Doomlearning, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service

Doomlearning uses artificial intelligence to create personalised curricula and learning cards. It also provides progress tracking, saved content and optional Premium features.

3. Accounts

You agree to provide accurate information, protect your account and accept responsibility for activity under it.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Premium is billed through your App Store or Google Play account and renews automatically unless cancelled. Monthly and annual plans unlock the same features. Cancellation takes effect after the paid period ends.

5. Usage limits

Premium card viewing is unlimited. To keep the service reliable and prevent automated abuse, topic creation is subject to fair-use limits: up to 20 new topics per day for Premium accounts and five for Free accounts.

6. AI-generated content

Generated content may contain errors, omissions or weak sources. It is for general educational purposes and does not replace professional advice or authoritative material.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the service illegally, attempt to generate unsafe content, reverse engineer it, circumvent usage limits or interfere with other users or the service.

8. Intellectual property

Doomlearning, its software and its brand are protected by intellectual-property law. Generated learning content is supplied for personal, non-commercial use.

9. Privacy

Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without guarantees of accuracy or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doomlearning is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss.

11. Changes, termination and contact
