Summary: We collect the data needed to run and improve Doomlearning. We do not sell your personal data. Your courses and progress are private to your account.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: your email address and authentication identifiers.
- Learning data: topics, generated courses, saved cards and progress.
- Device and performance data: device type, operating system, crashes and diagnostics.
- Usage analytics: interactions that help us understand and improve the product.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and improve the service, generate personalised learning content, keep your progress, send service-related notifications, prevent abuse and process Premium access.
3. AI-generated content
Your selected topic, difficulty and course length are sent to AI services to plan and generate the course. We limit the information shared to what is needed for that purpose.
4. Service providers
We use service providers for hosting, authentication, AI generation, analytics, crash reporting and subscription management. We do not sell personal information.
5. Security and retention
We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards, including encryption in transit and secure authentication. Information is retained while your account is active and where required for legal, fraud-prevention or tax purposes.
6. Delete your account
In the app, open Settings, choose “Close Account” and confirm. You can also email doomlearning@gmail.com from the address associated with the account.
Deletion removes your profile, learning progress, saved cards and created topics, subject to limited records we must retain for legal or fraud-prevention purposes.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal data or object to certain processing. Contact doomlearning@gmail.com.
8. Children
Doomlearning is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
